Don't touch!
Harry Russ

To teach the dog not to touch you, you start with a piece of hot dog in your left hand. Place your hand close to the dog's nose in order to tempt the dog to try to get the hot dog. The dog will lick and grab with its mouth and maybe even paw at your hand. Just keep your hand closed in a tight fist and do not let the dog succeed in getting the piece of hot dog. The moment the dog comes away from your hand, BRIDGE [say Here] or Click and REWARD. That is, give the dog the piece of hot dog. Continue this training until the dog does not ever try to touch your hand. The dog will get to the point that it will look at your hand and turn its head away. The moment the dog looks away, BRIDGE and REWARD.

After several days of success [the dog does not even try to get the hot dog] you add the CUE to the behavior. You tell the dog "Don't touch me" each time you thrust your hand forward with a piece of hot dog in it. This movement of your hand being thrust forward becomes a hand signal to the dog not to touch you. Whenever the dog approaches you, you thrust your hand forward and give the appropriate cue. Don't touch me! This can be transferred to any object your humans want to teach you not to touch. It takes a while for you to learn it but they will love you once you have mastered the technique.

Also tell your humans to get a crate in the vehicle and put you in it so you don't get to jump out. If they toss a piece of hot dog into the crate to get you to go into it, you will give them enough time to close the door before you can turn around and get out again.
